Personal Information: Joe lives in Norfolk, Va with his two daughters, one 11 and the other just 8 months, his wife, Carol, and their German Shepard, 'Boom-Boom'. Outside of the law practice, he enjoys playing guitar, writing music, recording in his music studio, and performing live. He also tries to keep a steady and frequent schedule of religious studies with local Rabbis. He also enjoys numerous outdoor activities with his family, such as camping and hiking in Shenandoah National Park, trips to the Middle East, and snow skiing.
